Frequently Asked Questions Q. When will I get my book? A. All books are posted locally and delivered by Auspost or airmail, so postal times will be according to Auspost schedules. Usually three to seven days within Australia, seven to fourteen days internationally. Q. Damaged books Refund Policy and Returns A. I will fully refund the cost of any book that arrives damaged providing it is returned. I will refund any book you are unhappy with - both providing I am notified within 7 days of posting (local) and 10 days of posting (international) that you will be returning the book, which I will require is returned within fourteen days of such notification. Buyer responsible for all postal charges until such issues are resolved. Q. How can I pay for my order? A. Within Australia I accept
Direct Deposit; Money or Postal order in Australian Dollars;
Personal Cheque in Australian dollars only, subject to clearance
(usually seven working days). Paymate and Paypal.
5. Do you post worldwide? A. Yes! I have been selling online through ebay and now my own website and oztion.com for several years and have sold to US and Canada, Europe, Asia and UK. You will find airmail rates for these countries below and will need to add these (minus the Australian rate) when making your payment, postage rates are based on weight and destination.
